Paul A. Johnson Pencil Sharpener Museum
Most people collect things, and for Reverend Paul Johnson, those are pencil sharpeners which he started collecting 20 years ago. There are about 3,400 unique pencil sharpeners in his collection, with designs of cartoon characters, cars, and even globes. Some are made of wood and others from metal or plastic. The first location of the museum was at the reverend’s house in Carbon Hill, but was later moved to the Hocking Hills Welcome Center after the reverend’s death in 2010.
ATV World Recreational Riding
This is a sports complex located in the Hocking Hill Region, and provides ATV riding adventures for visitors and locals. You can rent the ATVs for a half hour ride, a full hour ride or even for the whole day and go around the tracks and courses of rugged terrains and mud. Aside from the ATV rides, there are also other things that visitors can do in the area like zip rails and bike rentals. A zip rail, by the way, is a mechanized rail line that will take you on a aerial trip through the woods. Think of it as electric powered zip line.

This place offers about nine miles of canoeing and kayaking adventures for beginners wanting to learn the sport or professionals looking for an easy and relaxing paddle.
